1、中空玻璃設(shè)備不同廠家不同批次的玻璃在切開前應先查看有無色差，將色差較大的玻璃分別用于不同的工程或不同的建筑立面中。玻璃切開尺寸應按圖紙要求嚴格執(zhí)行。

一起操作人員應注意玻璃表面，不得有劃傷、氣泡等顯著缺陷。鋁條、插角的選用：鋁條的厚度應在0.30mm~0.35mm之間，厚度應均勻一致。

透氣孔散布均勻。鋁條須經(jīng)陽極氧化處理或去污處理，一定要選用質(zhì)量好、層次高的產(chǎn)品，提高鋁條利用率。插角尺寸要選好，表面要擦干凈。

2、中空玻璃設(shè)備完善中空玻璃出產(chǎn)環(huán)境，中空玻璃在無灰塵、無溶劑污染、溫度適合的環(huán)境中出產(chǎn)，出產(chǎn)車間灰塵污染會對中空玻璃密封體系各個構(gòu)件的粘接效果發(fā)生很大的不利影響。
