合片段：合片段具有玻璃定位及鋁框定位裝置，能完成玻璃定位、鋁框定位安放功能。玻璃由傳送膠輥承托及傳送，傳送輥由電機(jī)（輥壓段電機(jī)）經(jīng)過(guò)變頻調(diào)速器通過(guò)鏈輪帶動(dòng)，玻璃由清洗干燥段低速進(jìn)入本段，經(jīng)檢查合格后加速運(yùn)行至下一工作段，提高工作效率；由變頻調(diào)速器控制本段調(diào)速電機(jī)的運(yùn)行速度，光電開關(guān)控制玻璃進(jìn)入下一工作段。

中空玻璃生產(chǎn)線的清洗水路系統(tǒng)為循環(huán)系統(tǒng)，其水箱配有恒溫水加熱裝置，水溫可自動(dòng)保持在合理的范圍。
